tomorrow, i scored 4 tickets to the mets game at the new citi field. i will be going with my 14 year old son, my father in law, and a friend, all of whom are huge met fans (i'm a lifelong yankee fan). it'll be great to see 3 grown men turn into little boys again, seeing the shining new ballpark for the 1st time. we'll get there nice and early for bp. we'll eat and drink and feel like kids again on a fine spring day. we'll check out every inch of the place. heaven.:toast:
and this was the greatest experience. if you can get to citi field, do it. plus, one of the most exciting games you'll ever see. sheffield's 500th, 9th inning win. what a diff. from shitty shea stadium.. before ny fans bash about how much $ the stadium costs, go to a game. you truely get what you pay for. i will remember that nite forever.
