Reminds me of here when you make an appointment for immigration and they give it to you three months later, you get everything in in time, they say they will call you, they dont, you go back make a line for four hours to find out why and they tell you they will fax you a resolution, they dont, you go back to find out why and they tell you that you have to come back and make another line for four hours again and maybe you will get some info from them so you do and then when you are next in line they take a coffee break and tell you to come back tomorrow which you do, then you find out you have to file an appeal because you got caught shoplifting when you were 15. You file the appeal and they tell you to wait for a fax.

Yeah atleast here they dick you around and make you wait in line for a couple years before charging you, I guess thats a plus.

we (me and Mrs Wolfie) normally stay in line 1-2 hours (twice) /yearly

since they make you renew it each year........

and you can't do the whole thing (hand it over and get it back) in one day

and this was when they even had the nerve of charging residents MORE every time they wanted to leave CR (at least now the tax its the same cost for everyone , residents/tourists /citizens)

that and the fact that normally everyone gets approved , with the US visa its much more common to get it denied
