Recently caught on to these hangover helper products on the market and this stuff here has absolutely worked for me. I was skeptical at first but without a doubt it lessened my hangovers from maybe a 10 being really hungover down to around a 2 the next day.

Very good rule to follow by the way. I kinda keep away from doing these anymore, love beer and yes.....much less hangover when sticking to such.

yeah they say a high-fat meal before drinking coats the stomach and prevents nausea the next day

Just drink water through the night and a Gatorade on the way home or with that late night meal. You know the 5am chicken and rice from the halal guy.
