All I can tell you is next time you go to a game don’t spill beer on a fantasy you did not draft

Is that for death only or can it be passed via other ways? Say someone is old and tells them they can't brave the weather/trip for games anymore...

Not sure about NE but you own the PSL and can sell it to whoever

I believe only in a will, I also know of 2 divorces where the wives demanded the tickets in a settlement and the end result was the Patriots said no name change on the account due to divorce, if the wife wanted season tickets, she had to apply, get to the back of the line and start from scratch.

interesting thought process. So if you're a millionaire you shouldn't sue someone for throwing beer on you, but if you're a pauper, then it's OK.

Here's the real kicker in Foxboro, tickets are extremely hard to get because just about the entire stadium is full of season ticket holders, especially lower arena, they might have a few nose bleed seats they hold out for general public sales at the beginning of the season but that's it. Who ever owned that seat that the kid was in, will lose every seat he had in his name forever and even if it was a block of 2,4 or 6, he loses all them no ifs ands or buts about it. The only way a season ticket holder in Foxboro won't be held responsible for trouble in that seat, is if he isn't going to the game, he can turn his tickets back into the Patriot ticket office to get reimbursed for them and then the Patriots sell them and assume the liability for knuckleheads. My good friend 2 years ago had 4 - 50 yard line tickets that he's had for 30+ years. He gave 2 tickets to a father and son and another 2 to a father and son for the last pre-season game of the year. Neither knew each other, the 2 teenagers got in a little pissing match and security was called, 4 days later, certified letter, turn every ticket in before this Sat. for a full refund on the upcoming season and if you don't bring the tickets, no refund and tickets will be blocked and anyone in those seats will be detained for trespassing, no ifs ands or buts about it. A lot of my friends have season tickets in Foxboro and they are scared to death to just let anyone use them, if they have the time and know they can't go in advance, they send them back to the Patriots and if they don't they just eat them for the day.

Very interesting

His consequence is that at only 21 years old he can never go to another pats game. Won't be able to take his wife, kids, grandkids to a patriots game ever. And i believe that is a fair punishment. Like you said, live with the consequences of a bad decision.

Within a few years at most, dude can simply make modest changes to his appearance and he will get into any Pats home game for which he has a ticket

This might be the only time I've ever agreed with you at the RX.

Kid deserves to get whatever is coming his way and an ass kicking too.

I don't think anyone should sue anyone for something so harmless. The kid gets thrown out,? yes, spend the night in jail? Yes, maybe even due some community service and apologize.

But trying up our courts for this nonsense? PLEASE

I was hit with a snowball at a game, guess I should have called an attorneyface)(*^%
