If a poster makes a thread baiting another poster. ...saying you know who you are...then gives the middle finger. That is okay because it is his shitty thread? Or what? Because I find that offensive and I replied to it with a "fuck you"...the same shit that he said to me first. But I get in trouble for it.

So you're saying I can make a thread and start baiting people and if they come in and say something back they get banned?

The .....and ........beg for the attention. So they will get it. It is that simple. I have not started a thread here calling anyone out or baiting anyone but it sounds like that is the way to go. Or ......is simply protected by you. I dno if he did some favors to the Mods or what. But sounds fishy to me.

The last 3 years ive made threads that have had to do with picks and sports and that is it. Haven't caled anyone out and I've strayed away from beefing. But now I'm just calling a spade a spade. It is what it is. If you make the rules equal for everyone Mike then I will have no problem following them.

Just start a thread in the rubber room on that poster. If they continue to bash you in your thread someone is going to see it eventually and they will get the hammer.

First, I want to personally thank Betallsports and the rest of the Moderators here at the Rx for the tireless job they do policing this mega forum. It's a thankless job, yet without their watchful and vigilant eye, this forum would turn into a full blown Romper Room. Because of their dedication, the Rx instead is a enjoyable environment where members can post comments, exchange ideas, and foster a comradery among themselves. This is the reason the Rx is the #1 venue on the internet for sports handicapping discussion. I'm grateful and thrilled I've been a member here since December 2008.

There seems to be certain individuals here who aren't willing to grow up and act responsibly in their commenting and posting behavior. It's no secret to the Moderators or anyone watching that I've been the target of incessant harassment by these petulant agitators. Whether it's the MUSH or JINX moronic nonsense or just plain stalking me, it's unpleasant not only for me as the primary target of said harassment but for others reading the threads this boorish behavior takes place in. There's no room for this immature behavior and ignorance in any of the sports sub-forums. To these people, and you know who you are, I implore you to grow up and act your age. Stop being juvenile and poisoning the Rx with your negativity. If you dislike me, put me on your ignore list. There won't be any love loss between us. Just don't make the rest of the membership suffer for the vendetta you have against me. Thanks.

I concur with the Moderators on utilizing the report the post feature. I've had to do this numerous times to alert them (the Moderators) of the constant harassment I've been receiving. It's not about being a "rat." It's about handling the problem in the prescribed mature way so as not to clutter the threads with incessant back and forth flame wars. There have been times I've been baited and provoked to reply in kind in said threads. For this, I apologize. It solves nothing and only compounds the problem. It's better for me to just report the troublemakers so the Moderators can see the offending comments and act accordingly. That's my remedy. It's not to engage with my detractors. The Moderators were hired to do a job, so common sense dictates I step aside and let them do it.

It's HIS call as to whether or not I need to "scale it back" with my graphics and well wishes. It's not for YOU or anyone else to dictate this command to. I'm well within my rights as a member of the Rx to post in this manner since it isn't profane in any way, shape or form.
