It's the NFL, let the guy in front office do the job, create big plays and players just follow. It's the NFL give players chance [build it for years] to play, to work, to have fun and to make money. It's a organization, not one player or one person to make this league. There is good team, so there is bad team.

Gore just has to be in the game on that 4th down play. Even if you don't give him the ball and just fake the handoff the defense has a lot more to worry about. Probably have someone wide open.
