[ISIS] was, you know, pretty much decimated when US forces were there in Iraq. It had maybe 700-or-so adherents left. And then it grew quite a bit in the last several years, when it split then from al-Qaida in Syria, and set up its own organization.
Look at how many people are there now:

All you do is repeat this dumb talking point.
It's pretty simple as has been pointed out many times. The war itself has led to ISIS. The Status Forces Agreement that Bush made, where he left no US troops behind, has given rise to ISIS. Obviously since the troop withdrawal was after Bush left office, of course the growth is there under Obama. Anyone who can follow the rise of ISIS clearly sees this.
