Expose but be careful if you're living in the US. Trust me these bastards are getting more and more involved in gambling and those who make it "accessible to the public". As I was told not long ago, never admit on a public forum to breaking the law. I know it sounds paranoid so do what you want, just passing along advice I received not long ago.
I think that's some sort of pay per head he's talking about. I've never done it but say someone has 100 guys on his sheet that want to bet, he may pay a site so much per head for them to have a place to play through. They do all the work basically as for getting bets down, your players can wager directly with the site, you just collect and pay out. In the old days we never had this so don't quote me but this is probably pretty close.
