Hard to use those money management skills for some bettors out there that just gotta lay the wood on the NFL, even though the lines are not really cappable. I can wait for the college season to start then the real NFL season. Going broke during preseason does not make for much of a season at all
Each year it never ceases to amaze me how little control players have when the NFL Preseason gets underway. The pent up desire for football leads them to make plays on games where there is neither value or information enough to make a meaningful decision. There will be some excellent opportunities during preseason when more is known about the coaches intentions of how they will play their starters and back-ups, but tonight was not one of those nights. No one truly knew how the coaches planned to play their players tonight other then the quarterback rotations. Yet, players take out a dart and make a play hoping their on the ride side. Simply amazing! But then again, that's exactly why less then 5% of players show a long term profit in this business. Best of luck to those playing tonight's game. Nothing like rooting for the fourth string QB and late round draft choices to bring home the money in the fourth quarter.
You might be right but by having these 4th string QB's in the game and $th string Defenses it basically balances out. These guys are trying to make this team and will play their hearts out more than starters late in the season! Their is major value in Pre Season Football if you know how to go about it!!
