PS: there are many good and smart liberals that live those lives, they're just less of them on that side of the aisle. Most of them that are on that side of the aisle are the bleeding heart liberals, they believe we need to do more and they believe government is the solution. Is he a victim of "predatory lending" if he voluntarily walks into a Payday Loans franchise and voluntarily signs a contract with an outrageous interest fee? Obama says he is. But really...does society want to delve that deep and ask these questions? Of course not, because we won't like the answers.

Nobody should be surprised to learn that 99% of America's ghettos vote Democrat - about as shocking a reality as the fact that year to year, decade to decade, NOTHING changes. Corrupt politicians make people feel like victims and people who don't know any better - or I should say, people who don't want to know better - keep giving them more power. And the cycle continues...for generations.

On the other hand, the liberal man outside of the ghetto is as predictable as he is stupid - he will always pull the "D" lever come election clearing his guilty conscience because self-serving politicians have convinced him stealing other people's money to "do good" means he's "done his part." It is the moral equivalent of a Roman Catholic leading a life of sin, then going to confession once a week believing his evil deeds are wiped away. Then leaving the Church and repeating the same destructive pattern. Oh yes, and conservatives are selfish and eeeeeeevil.

Here's the truth, no matter what the gaystream media and armies of self-serving "poverty experts" and bureaucrats have to say:

In a free country, nobody can force you to do anything - good or bad. Life is about making choices. Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness - that pursuit is in the hands of the individual, nobody else. For better or worse, the responsibility begins and ends with the individual. Period.

Somewhere along the line, we strayed from this time-tested principle and ended up where we are today. Look at the objective results and what Democrats have done to this country. Democrat-run cities are dumps - FACT. It is an absolute disgrace!
