it's not always easy to detect a dry wit or a sense of humor in typed words or on the internet

and people can and do say ridiculous stuff, especially if they're "flaming", so one never knows

Willie, Noonan, and the rest of you. Fair enough. Sometimes dry wit and sarcasm don't come thru on the printed page. Those that have conversed with me over the years knew i was being a wiseass.

After a beat like that, I understand some people not wanting to tolerate a smartass.

I love the Raiders, so obviously the result doesn't bother me.....even tho my money was on Houston +7.

Officiating was ridiculous. I have a buddy who is the biggest conspiracy theorist on the planet. At least he's in the running. I tell him all the time, he's full of shit.

Games like tonight, I have to keep quiet and listen to him.

WTF can I say after that shitshow?

RichPorter,
Glad I can make you laugh after taking that ridiculous beat.

I had to watch Charlotte and Memphis score 81 points in the 2H after scoring 114 in the 1H. Scored 3 points the final 2:30 of the game to score 195 on a 197.5. Yeah, your boy had the over.

About time the Raiders are on the right side of bad calls !
That crap has been happening to the Raiders for 20 plus years. The greatest hit in playoff history ended up being called a tuck for the Patriots and some bs rule made up to cover it. up.

L5Y, USC is 4-0 vs SEC, outscoring them 167-48!!!

They have been as bad as the replacement refs lately. And the NFL wonders why they are losing viewers.

You know if I were a HOU fan I'd be livid. Completely understand. But this life long Raiderfan has been on the wrong end of those call for as long as I can remember. Raiders have amassed equity as far as I'm concerned. Nice to finally see the Raiders cash in on blown calls.

NP............I won my bet...I bought 1 pt to 7 1/2. Even though I won, I was still upset because the integrity of the NFL is steadily falling. GL2U.

I am a Raider fan to the max but I was glad I had no position on the game after watching the first half. Like alot of Nfl games I just wasnt enjoying the game so second half I watched Street Outlaws. My love for the Nfl is shrinking week after week.

I can still remember Tatum blasting Rob Lytle at the goal line in the 1977 AFC Championship game against the asshole Broncos. Forced a fumble, Raiders recover. Refs give the ball to Denver, they score a TD. Lose 20-17, then we get to watch the Donkeys get blown out by Dallas 2 weeks later.

Don't forget the female referees.....Women officiating a Man's sport.....Yep, the feminization of football is well on its way. Soon, the players will be required to wear pink jock-straps.......

the nfl doesn't care if they get calls wrong, even if they have it within their means to get them right. people will continue to support this shitty entertainment and they know it. repeat after me,..they don't care and blow it off as an unexpected and acceptable possibility of the game.

ever since the inception of ruling on instant replay 15-20 years ago the game has gotten worse not better. you can't get 8-10 calls correct when the other 2 decide the game. making matters worse is the parity in the NFL which means game are more often decide on a call/no call or a turnover.

not really much difference between a 10-6 teams and a 6-10..the only difference is more or less, scheduling, turnovers and a bad no call/call.

you just have to quit supporting, watching, betting and playing fantasy sports. once you quit the last 2, watching they game is difficult to do because of the things i listed, and because of the stupid commericals and other things.

the NFL is really a shitty product and shitty entertainment
