Once again, it was great to see many of TheRX veterans and a few newbies.

Already looking forward to the 2011 festivities!!!

Thanks for the RFB and all the gifts/prizes that were handed out.

Hope everyone here makes lots of money gambling between now and nest years bash, knowing the sharps that hang around here, my guess is that the majority of bash attendees next year will have made a substantioal amount of moola.

Cheers guys/gals..........see ya all next year.

FH

ps- Hopefully be living in Vegas at the time of next years bash, thus I will be able to provide for some decent breakfasts at a bargain price(I'm still trying to right myself from that shitty breakfast with Dante, Fair Warning, Achillies, Mr. Leisure, and Gravy).............fuking horrid(although Achilles did enjoy the ketchup).

And, IOWA beats a real team the next week.

Iowa is an UNDERDOG to actually go 2-0 in their next two games..........IOWA STATE and ARIZONA

IOWA STATE is a real sleeper and always seem to play the Hawks tough, and ARIZONA will be only a small underdog(less than 3 pts) to Iowa in Tuscon.

We will learn alot about the 2010 edition of this Hawkeye club in the coming two weeks..........if they win both games and look decent in both, then I will consider them legit contenders for not only a BCS bowl, but for a National Championship also.

At this point, I see this team winning anywhere from 7-12 games...........hoping for the latter.

One thing will be clearly evident this season, Iowa's defensive line is just incredibly good, without question the best in the history of the program, and they have had some very good one's in the past.

Biggest weakness/concern will be how the young cornerbacks perform, as they looked very shaky in the opener...........without question, the biggest concern for this team at the moment.

HUH?????

Much will depend on how Iowa plays vs. Iowa State next week.

However, if Iowa wins that game by 11+ pts, they will not be an underdog at Arizona entering that game possibly ranked as high as #6 in the country.

Fishhead I like alot of those goals you have listed here with 4 & 5 being my favorites. I went with Dante on Saturday to that $3.99 breakfast special and it was ALOT better than the one we were at but next time we know.

If Florida is indeed God's country, I sure as hell do not want to go to hell.

I concur on #2. I go to Vegas often and would love to come hang out at a bash and meet a few folks.

As a HS football coach, early to late August on a weekend is impossible.

I concur with this as well. At least the 2nd part. Go Hawks!

IOWA will not be an underdog if they come into the game undefeated................how is Arizona going to be a favorite over a top eight team ranked in the nation.............they are not.

Now, I consider the game a toss-up, but IOWA will be favored.
