Yes, +/- units determines winner. This is a double elimination contest, though, so even if you lose your head to head matchup you still have a chance for 1st. Keep winning your h2h's and you stay in winners bracket. Lose a h2h then you go to losers bracket. After 2nd h2h loss you're done. So the winner of winners bracket plays winner of losers bracket.
