That’s why we do a survey.
we can’t pick a date and one guy say no and then go back and forth.
survey helps us get a range on everyone for every date and we go from there.
yes - the goal is for chop to obviously be in.

If you can, please bend over backwards to accommodate. It's hard for 12 people to have a perfect day

Sometimes it's not possible or they're are conflicts, I get that. Other times it just takes a tweak

Crazy idea here. A lot of my leagues have gone to slow drafts for this very reason.

Any interest in a slow draft?

I can do anyday as long as its after 10pm est. But my days off are on Weds and Thurs which I can draft anytime of day. Hope that helps

Dude, my proposal is that you set a permanent draft date. It's what I have done in the two leagues I run. We draft every Tuesday and every Wednesday the week of opening day

How about the Thursday before the season starts? Seven days before opening day. Set a time, and that's that.

Works for me, never an issue. People adapt and plan accordingly

Other the draft date and time, which I have over the years adapted MY schedule (which I have zero issues with) to be a part of this awesome league, we do have that ALWAYS lingering but seem to wait and wait for any changes that may or may not be made to the upcoming season. We all know what time of the year it is, we all can make the effort to look on here for information, so let's get any changes we have been talking about, set a yes or no poll, set a deadline and move forward with those changes if any. If a pole date is set and all 12 have not responded, then we move on with a simple majority one way or the other.

These were just a couple of talking points I looked over from the past month or so. Some chatter but no real movement on any of them.
