he is renting a $10k/mo house now. He won't get much (relatively speaking) unless he gets custody of the kids. They weren't married long enough for him to get too much and I imagine she had a decent pre-nup.

I know everything is riding on him getting kids and he has to have a good shot with all the wacky crap she's done the last few months.

Between her driving with the baby on her lap, her shaving her head, etc., you'd have to say he's the favorite to get them.
