I played high school football with Tony Rice, the ex star Quarterback at Notre Dame. He was always a super nice person and a great example of a small town kid done good. He overcame his academic problems and showed the Notre Dame alumni and players what a leader he could be. Maybe Tony Rice would be a better commencement speaker than Barack Obama.
