I've got two computers with two diff IPs and I'm able to connect on one machine but not the other. I called and they said its on their end.

I'm computer retarded, but is this possible? WTF?

Absolutely, they might have blocked one IP on their firewall. Perhaps they mistook you for Al Ross?
