This only has to do with official records; the copy that President Trump submitted to the National Archives would be covered by this statute, not the courtesy copies he passed out to the Vice President, Speaker of the house, or media.

Interesting point, but that clause applies only to documents "filed or deposited" with any court, public office, or any judicial or public officer of the United States.
The President didn't file it with her, only giving her a copy, so the statute wouldn't apply.
She's still a hag, though...
