Thanks for the kudos, but I maintain that I know your name and you have never had an account with Sportbet.com...under that name. I am not assuming...it is a fact.
I have been here, at Sportbet, for going on 4 years, gentlemen. Granted, I have changed quite a few things since I got here, and change takes time, but keep in mind we have been making constant changes each off-season to improve our service. From software changes to policy changes to an overhaul in staff, we are striving to provide our clients with the best service possible.
It seems when people chose to bash my book, they say it is not my fault, the problem was there before I got there. I disagree. I am responsible for my company. I have been here long enough to know what it takes. I think I have taken MOST of the necessary steps, and I am working on the others.
I am open to suggestions, gents. Life is about learning...each and every day. So, aside from the smart ass remarks I anticipate from a few, how about some help? Not just "better CS" "higher bonuses" "less rollover requirements"...you got an idea for my CS Dept., let me hear it. An idea for our Bookmaking crew? I am all ears.
