I'm going to make this real simple. If you check out the site daily and watch the videos you will see this. The truth that I got kicked off the site is not entirely true. I would not pay him more. Look at the site and watch the videos how he is always praising Top Shelf Chicago, has advertisments for payneinsider that he touts a lot,etc.. Why? Because they pay him.

Proof you ask?

Go back to when I first signed up. I believe he said I went 6-0 to start. I am monitored at other sites, go back and check my record there with the days he said, needless to say I did not go 6-0. I didn't say anything because hey, I was making money but when you don't give him a piece then he gets mad and rightfully so.

Your absolutely correct this whole thing is BS, unfortunately this whole situation was created by yourself. We helped you out from the start then you ignored my paypal requests. Our main objective here is to monitor the cappers plays for the users/viewers of our site. However, our website is driven by the users that in turn purchase the cappers services. You made money because of us. We are placed in the middle here because our users trust that we have honest and reputable handicapping services on our website. By allowing you to use this site as a forum to continue to conduct business discredits the sole purpose of this websites exsistence. You may pay us to monitor your service but when you don't scratch our backs it gives us the right to drag your name through the mud along the way. Not only am I receiving emails from the users of this site about what they are reading about this current situation but we are receiving emails from other partners on this site.


Whether or not you like the fact that we are stepping in on the forums, we have been put in the middle here and are forced to save face.


I understand if you don't keep funds in paypal. We have all used paypal and I personally know that it takes 2-3 days TOPS to forward money from your bank account to your paypal account. You advised us on Monday that you were transferring the money and it is now Friday, so what is the status here? If you do not plan on paying us or dont see the big picture here with our interaction, then please let us know so we can close the book on this situation. Im sure we all have better things to do.

What I paid for was monitoring, a direct fee. I do not feel I need to pay them anymore. I do not want and will not be a part of a scam monitoring service. They have already tried to ruin my name because I would not pay them more and that is ok. My clients know the truth. Yes I did a chargeback because I am getting scammed here.

Don't reply but we all know you had other sports handicapping sites with made up names. One was Tonybrunowins.com. Your a scab and a thief. Please go away and don't come back. You and parlayhelp.com were both scammers.

Is this the kyle bauges from years ago now u changed your name. I think u live in indiana somewhere and had 500 guarantee. And oh yea u fucked me also on that 500 bucks it was around 5 years ago. If your going to change it don't make it sound so similar

Same guy from the 812 area code in Indiana. He claims he's from Vegas. Everything about the guy is a lie. Seems like the two scammers, him and the guy from parlayhelp.com named John were both in the scam together and now turned on each other. How funny!!!

# 5/19/2009 07:11 PDT - Seller: Kylebales.com paid $125 in form of a donation to our website for his Sports Monitoring service to be monitored/tracked by Parlayhelp (me) for one month and after 26 days he requested a refund after we have provided him with the service that he had paid for. Less than 1 week ago we advised Kylebales.com that once his service expired he would no longer be monitored by our website. As you can see from multiple payment requests from us he failed to do so and was advised that he would no longer be welcome on the site after his month of service had expired. Kylebales.com paid for a service (not goods) that we provided and do not feel that he is entitled to a refund of any amount.

Let me get this straight. Kylebales.com PAID to be monitored at parlayhelp.com. Kylebales used a snake oil, scumbag, piece of shit marketing method of buy my month and if i lose I will pay you XXXX amount? He loses.....doesn't pay up and people report this to parlayhelp.com.

Parlayhelp.com then kicks kylebales OFF THE SITE for being a piece of shit? Andy KB wants to throw parlayhelp.com under the bus? :laugh:Then KB tries to get a charge back from paypal cuz he SCAMMED others? WOW!!!

Parlayhelp is a monitoring service. When someone pays him for a month of service he doesn't know anything about the service. Given time the shit hits the fan like basher owning 2 sites at the same time, KB being a piece of lowlife shit and then removes them accordingly.

The fact that you tried to blame someone else for your scam is utterly disgusting.

stop your fkn crying...pay up to the people that you scammed out of your "guarantee" and leave this fkn industry to worthless piece of filth!!!!!!!

I feel that it was time to come in here and put an end to all this nonsense. It is amazing yet not surprising that Kyle would create this thread and post a complete and utter misrepresentation of the facts and change the wording of our correspondence and paypal dispute responses. Below is the string of emails that was sent to Kyle during the last week about this Guarantee matter that led to his removal from ParlayHelp. See for yourselves:

After the game in question lost, you advised Tom that you would send him the money "NOW" if he didnt want the new guarantee, which he stated that he DID NOT. I dont understand how you can advise that you would send the money "NOW" if you dont even keep funds in paypal. All i can say about this thread connecting parlayhelp is a scam as well is quite a joke. First dont blame parlayhelp for the handicappers on his sites, the entire purpose of his site is to monitor these handicappers and show them the records of such handicappers. Reason of having parlayhelp as the other party is to show the public that they're being monitored and not doing any NUmber jockeying. But beside we as a public, choosed to bought the handicappers service and we didn't get force to purchase such service. If there is such dispute it should be between the client and the handicapper and PARLAY HELP GOT nothing to do with it. It seems to look like John from parlayhelp is being your DAD if the kid is being bullied at.(<)<

No, i hella not Kyle or any buddies of him, if u read what i wrote im not defending Kylebales, im just defending PARLAYHELP which it says in this thread people a scam? How in the world a monitoring sites become a scam?
I had so much respect in Parlay that turns to the point that he kicked Kyle out of his site.
