Costa Rica's no bargain, anymore.
IMO, there are just way too many books in CR now.
If some books do leave for whatever reasons, there will be certainly less strains on the trained labor pool, etc., which certainly should help control cost increases this year for the majority who elect to stay.
On the crime scene, there has definately been an increase in robbery and home invasions crimes there, so perhaps a move would would make some books feel 'safer'.
Seems like there is a kinda 'love - hate' feeling between the Ticos twards the Gringos.
