Washington coming off a big win against Green Bay that has been suspect all year and plagued with injuries. But all people see is Green Bay and Aaron Rodgers got beat. Vegas lays out a seven point spread for Dallas which looks absolutely ridiculous to most of you. It's called a trap!!!! If the line was Dallas -4 they would still get just as much action on Washington as they're getting today. They made it seven to get the whole public to bite . There is no way running backs and receivers will be able to break open so fast against that dallas d-line. Cousins will be running for his life today and scrambling to make throws. Dallas to the bank

DALLAS -6
DALLAS TT OVER 29
DALLAS -3.5 FH
DALLAS TT OVER 14 FH

Trap?

It is just a standard point spread, Dallas is 9-1 and on a huge ATS run, so they are 3 pts better than Skins + 3 point home advantage. Dallas - 6.

No "trap", it is a vanilla typical point spread situation.

(Dallas: weakest strength of schedule in the NFL,# 32 according to Sagarrin).

Usually a tough fought battle between these two....although I gotta say a Dallas play is not a bad one here.

Dallas - 6. So you think this is a "trap"?
And NFCE teams have good records but I am not so sure they are the best division in the NFL. Lots of wins vs weak & injured teams so far. We shall see.

Either Sagarin announced that "weakest schedule in the NFL" at the beginning of the season, making him kind of an idiot, or he announced it lately, making him a complete idiot.

It according to current Sagarrin data, Dallas is # 32.
Look at their schedule, they did not face any real top "D", top "O" in reality. You can argue one or two. They struggled in so many close games but sure, pulled through, even pulled away in the end. That is highly unlikely to continue.

I agree with you on the fact that a lot of bettors will be quick to overreact to skins Sunday night blowout of a depleted pack team. Boys with prescott at qb this year just don't make the same kind of random turnovers like they did in the past. Skins run d is very suspect. Cousins has played well last 5 games or so, but he has that romo-like quality of turning the ball over when you don't expect it.-which led to the boys win over skins in d.c.....Same thing happens on the road today for him, except that the boys will not be playing from behind when it happens......

Think how many "square" Dallas PK teasers will go down in flames today when Washington wins outright. If you think there is a trap, you are right. The trap is Dallas.

But you are essentially saying that the teams they beat (all 9 of them) also did not face good "D's" or "O's"? Without researching this as you have, I think that's very improbable.

Betting against a 9-1 team -- the most popular team in the country with a near-perfect ATS record is never a trap.

Dallas is favored by a lot because they win a lot and the public is riding them. The ticket count is way in favor of Dallas and yet the line creeps down to 5.5 (which seems crazy for the opposite reason you mention).

Dallas may cover, but if they do, it wasn't a trap. The books are rooting for Vegas, especially SU since of all the parley and teaser liability.

You guys throw out the "trap" word without knowing what the fuck you're talking about. Dallas-4? Trap has been set, Give me a break.

Dallas has a 8 PT power rating edge on Washington in Dallas. The opening number of -7 was right on point. No way in hell should this be -4.
