Few points, the steeler mojo is gone, at least for this year. The rugged, beat your brains in teams of the past have gone into the sunset. Instead you you have whiny diva receivers spectating, at the goal line for fear they could get hurt. Then being stupid enough to admit it. I, personally believe Tomlin's lost the team. Instead of a mix of young and old, you have almost all young guys. Tomlin confided in a buddy maybe its time to take a year off. The same kind of soul searching Sean McVey did last year.. Seems like most of the coaches reach a point, 10-11 years in, where the team has heard all the stories, all of the ploys to get their attention. And either theres a cadre of older players, to "fix things" or teams fracture.
As for need, Pit is now in 10th, with 7 wins. Cin is in 6th with 8 wins. After Cin, Pit gets Sea and Bal. (before then bal faces sf and mia.) So Bal may need a win to get the 1 seed. There are 5 teams ahead of you with an extra win. Not impossible, highly unlikely. Afterall, who else is thinking I could get rolled up on. Doubt is incredibly pervasive. Lastly there are trends floating around, Tomlin vs Cinn, much of that was Big Ben and Cin teams that were garbage.
I think Pit is 1-2-3-cancun. If thats not enough, Rudolph the red nosed qb is your man. And on top of that someone used the L**K word.
