This here is a very complex issue and one reason is taxes, no doubt. Whats troubling to me thou about taxes and yes i understand it, bottom line wise....but alot of these corperations build their company's up here and then the wind changes and they split, forgetting their loyalty to a country that gave them what they needed to start.

correct. And why is the labor here more expensive? Mainly due to unions. American unions have priced their workers out of a job. Look at the unionized industries...the airlines, the automotive industry, etc. They are absolute train-wrecks.

Unionized industries are the poster children for how not too run a business in this country.

Of course, unions are not the only reason. We have a higher standard of living in this country than they do in China/India. So, even the lowest skilled workers demand $7/hour to survive. In China, the workers who make the crap that ends up in Walmart make $2/day in live at the factory where they are employed. They literally live there...sleep in barracks with the other workers. I've seen it personally.

This will change as more of American wealth is transferred to China. They want to live like us and are gaining on us every day.

The less you give the federal government the less they have to spend, but then they borrow and that creates inflation, so that is a problem in itself.
