The situation in Panama

To everyone involved, I think we have made our case to the gaming commission. Now, maybe we should back off a bit and let them do their work. They are presumably moving with the info received and going to help us. They should be gathering all of the info sent. Let's be patient and give it a few weeks. I believe it's working so let them do their job and hopefully everything will be ok.

anyone who gets a phonecall should post when they get the phonecall and what it was said

i disagree alittle here general. we were never on their back. some simple questions were never even answered ex 500k bond. AND STILL ARE NOT its all presumtion still.

we should still have a daily update. more info the better. we are talking about a 3rd world country where corruption is everywhere. betonsports had previous unfavorable dealings with herbert rodriguiz the commissioner and anel florez, the primary owner of betpanam. AND THEY WERE ON THE SAME SIDE!!!!!

lets hope rodriguiz wises up and realize what panama has to lose. and its up to us for them to realize that.

will a phonecall to lizzy rose every 2 days kill someone???????

Does anyone else see who is getting off real EASY here??

I mean no one is even talking about betpanam itself anymore. The heat is off of the people who could send you the money real soon! I would still call them everyday if I were you!

And like I said last week, STOP BETTING FROM YOUR BETPANAM ACCOUNT!! You have everything to lose and wont gain ANYTHING by betting your account balance

As for me-As we say in Jersey-I will...forgetaboutit.I'm owed 2k, not that big a deal to keep checking every day to see whats going on in panama.And waiting for a phone call to asked me if i was really robbed.

If Santa puts my 2k's in my netteller acct by christmas...I'll look at it as a gift!

Can anybody explain to me why Betpanam is still taking bets and deposits if the Gaming Commission intends to do something about their no pay? It is like a lawyer who takes people's money and then fails to show up in court to defend their client. I just don't get why Betpanam is still in operation??? Can anyone explain this to me?

General, lbk has a valid question that I have asked for a while now. If you know is there anyway for you to post the reason or a rep from BetPanam. Why spend more money calling someone who is not returning phone calls now especially if someone already knows the reason? While we're at it, are players suppose to stop wagering for an accurate player blance when verified. I think these are fair questions to ask but I see no one has answered them????

The Gaming board is worried about keeping their jobs. As long as panam gets new players there will be an endless supply of complaints.

When I asked about the Bond. Specifically the questions that Hanover proposed, I was told that due to privacy laws, and I was speaking with ms Rose, the Attorney, she could not discuss that with me. As posted before, players should stop playing with their accounts to get faster results. Why the gaming board will not walk in and shut them down, I dunno, but I figure there are some big figureheads involved and prob involved in the Govt. Scotty has left Panam weeks ago when he discouraged the continuing of acceptance of funds. Since, he has stayed in Panama and been the leader in trying to get the right thing done. Scotty is not a well loved man by the investors at this point, nor am I. I will continue to do what I can, but the options are running out. We have to hope the gaming board & finance minister can get the right thing done.

how is yes or no there is a 500k bond top secret govt matters?

panama commission boasted they are different and have a bond and shrink trumpeted they have a bond.now its all legal matters.

general we are all frustrated. this frustration is not toward you whatsoever. we all appreciate your time and effort

but we have to be known to everybody we want our money. enough is enough. tomorrow is too late. we will be on the gaming commissions ass.

When I originally talked to Ms Rose, she said there was a 500K bond posted. The questions hanover asked were a bit of a privacy issue according to Ms Rose.

Scorpion, Scotty is no longer with Panam-but is still doing a lot to try to get the players paid.
