The conference is cannibalizing itself. By the time it's done there may not be anybody left standing with less than 2 losses.

Alabama needs to bounce back and beat Miss State and the prophecy will be complete.

4 conference winners and no SEC is a real possibility here

Agree. Miss St still has away games @ Alabama and @ Ole Miss. That would get everyone to at least 2 losses.

All we need now is a Fla St loss!

Was just going to say that...vs Miami, but that probably lets and SEC team in the backdoor, which I have no problem with if they are deserving, but this "how many SEC teams get in" talk is flat lining.

Just think, a month ago all of the ESPN talking heads gave the Big 10 NO CHANCE to make the playoffs.

a 2 loss SEC team will get in if any of the other 4 conference champs drops a game and send up with 2 losses

Yes, but it's down to Ohio St/Nebraska, still an uphill battle imo. I'd feel better if one of FSU/TCU/Oregon lose.

The funny part about this is they were talking about a Big 12 team being left out. But Baylor and TCU could be 11-1 at the end of the year. I know it's unlikely the conference will get two teams. But something tells me all of these teams aren't through losing. I think FSU also has a decent chance of going down to Miami

Everyone just expected Auburn to beat Texas A&M. But a win over Texas A&M would be the Big 10's best out of conference win this year, and it's not even close. It is such a double standard.

I think both TCU and Baylor would be a handful for anybody in the playoffs. Both of those teams are damned good.
