Still don't believe that the Saints are winning IN SPITE of Reggie Bush?

11 carries, -5 yards. haha.

Congrats on the Saints win.

CHOP, even if NO goes 14-2 this season....if Indy goes 16-0 then Dungy wins Coach of the Year, no question about it. Dungy has been the bridesmaid to the award twice and he will get as much sympathy as New Orleans and Payton because of the tragic death of his son. Also, once the Colts hit 10-0 don't you think all the media hype will come and most voters would be swayed? Also, think of the backlash. If Dungy goes 16-0 and doesn't get COY, I guarantee that there will be cries of racism from the media, even though Lovie Smith just won the award last year. If the Colts go 16-0, Dungy wins COY and it won't be close.

I will bet you $500 bucks, that if the Saints finish at least 12-4, and INDY finishes 16-0, Peyton still wins COY.

If both of those records dont happen for both of those teams, its a no bet.

For instance, if the Colts go 16-0 and the Saints go 11-5 or less, no bet.

If the Colts go 15-1, and the saints go 13-3, no bet.

But if the Saints win at least 12, and the colts go 16-0, I bet you $500 that peyton wins COY.

DEAL?

CHOP, i don't know how much action you want on that bet but I would take it with you if interested. (we already have the comeback player of the year award which will most likely be a push). Dungy wins coach of the year i don't care how many N.O wins if Colts go undefeated

The Saints are the sympathy story of the entire sports world. As trajic as the death of Dungys son was, the hurricane story is a much bigger national story than dungys son. The Saints and Peyton have the sympathy vote all wrapped up.

No, I was posting in response to the bet if Colts finish 16-0 and Saints have whatever record. If the Colts finish 14-2 it would be basically identical to last year and Dungy didn't win it. the whole point is, as good of a job Payton is doing in New Orleans, he won't win it if Colts go undefeated.

If Dungy wins Coach of the Year it wouldn't be fair IMO.. Peyton Manning is the coach and playcaller on that team.. It's not like their defense has won any games for them...

I will do the dungy bet at 16-0 if the bet only counts if the Saints win at least 12 games. And it wont count for you unless the colts go 16-0.

We will use the $100 from the other bet, because it looks like thats a dead bet that neither of us are going to win.

why not just have two $100 bets. both of them have a high chance of being a push anyway.

sounds good. though Pennington looks to be the come back winner, and Colts would have to do something not done in 35 years lol, so likely nothing will be exchanged but i guess crazier shit has happend.

Rookie of the Year - Vince Young
Comeback Player of the Year - Chad Pennington
MVP - Tomlinson

I guess Saints fans are still waiting
:puppy:

would be a big surprise, to me at least, if Peyton didn't get COY though

Mangini should get coach of the year. He had less talent and plays in the AFC and the Jets had a comparable record to the Saints.
