Once we got to heads up, we played two hands. I had him out-chipped about 2-1.

1st hand: I get ace ten and push all-in, Roachweed calls with K 3 (WTF) and a king flops

2nd hand: I get pocket tens and push, Roachweed calls with J9 (WTF) and jack hits the river

I can see playing stupid in a free-roll in the beginning, but once you've sat there for 1.5-2 hours?
I don't get it.

roachman played the way i like it last night, he gambled and won. He was able to stay alive on me with a pair of 6s against my pair of QQ when the last card was a 6 all in.

It was my turn to gamble on a Q9s (1 of the toughest starting hands on me) and he was able to knock me out with a pair of 77

To me it's kill or be killed. Last week you gambled just like roachman did with your pair of 55 and lost against my pair of QQ all in.

I've come to the conclusion that we don't play in cash games. This is a tournament and this is gambling. Gambling is gambling, i already knew that last night was probably not going to be my night despite winning in 2 separate satellites earlier in the day. Everything played out the way it did yesterday evening and i wasn't meant to win and i knew it.

I'm never 1 to complain on roachman even if i got donked out on K3 so it's congratulations to him last night. festeringzit also deserves congratulations for coming in 2nd even though he has been known to whine and complain about everything.

Now head 2 head gets really tricky but for me if i notice aggressive play or someone who plays a lot of hands, i'm not going to want it to get drawn out especially when we have already placed in the money. It's all in almost every hand for me too and maybe that's what roachman does too.

I'm known to whine and complain about everything? ROFL. It is what it is, I just don't understand his thought process... maybe he just felt like gambling, and/or
he doesn't have much heads-up experience, that's fine... I didn't "gamble" with you last week with the 55. I made a well-thought-out decision, that my 55 is well
ahead of your range, when you are pushing your stack every other hand. It turns out that one time you had the QQ, it happens.
