All right guys, here is the deal....I have been thinking about putting together a small little newsletter every couple of months, just to tie things together here at the rx....Update you on any important info, bring awareness to any contests, and basically just keep everyone abreast of whats going on.....
However when i brought this idea up in the boardroom, many suggested that posters don't want to be spammed, and i agreed...So i was going to ask for anyone who was interested in receiving this small bit of email, then i decided it would just be easier to post here on the forum, and let you come to it, if you want any info...
As you can see, this is nothing fancy, but just a way to kind of condense a few things that posters might want to know....If u can think of any other info you would like in the next one, please feel free to let me know, and i will do my best to accomodate you...
RX.COM FALL NEWSLETTER......
First off, let me start by saying, how much all of us at the RX appreciate the support we get from all our posters....We had a great turnout at our second annual Bash, and had the priveledge of meeting many of you, it was our pleasure.....
Secondly, we appreciate the commitment many of you have to this site, and the time you spend giving us your opinions, your insight, your picks, and most of all, your time....

Current News......
First off, lets address the major issue/beef most posters have here.....the site crashing..
As Shrink has told you, He and Marty, and Edgar, our tech, having been working hard to find a solution....We were supposed to be switching servers late night tonight, but Edgar informed us they were able to make some changes yesterday, that they think will help eliminate the problems we have all incurred over the last few weeks....So far i havent had any trouble getting in since yesterday, hopefully the same can be said for all of you.....Believe us when we say, getting this taken care of is of utmost importance, obviously the main purpose of this site, and its advertisers, is to be seen and read.....we know that, and want to make it as easy for you as we can.....
Secondly, we would like to welcome some new faces here among our advertisers....

A lot of posters, myself included automatically head to the offshore sportbooks section, or our favorite sports forum each day, without every looking at the homepage....Every day there are interesting articles with lots of info on our main page, along with bonus info for books and such...stop by and take a look...

Some other sites, and some agenda-ridden posters will lead you to believe that we are just here to make a buck, and that we do not have the posters best interst at heart...I can tell you from first hand experience THAT IS A LIE....Every one of the mods, and Ken, and Marty, are here to help if needed....Please, do not hesitate to contact us if you need help...
A lot of posters think that if they have a problem with one of our books, we won't help because they are an advertiser...That couldn't be more wrong....Part of the agreement when a book comes on board here is that they will let us mediate and be involved with disputes, its simply part of the deal....And if you don't believe that you will be better off with Ken, or The General, of Fish on your side, then you are sadly mistaken...These guys take this stuff to heart, and will do all they can to help with your problem......
Are they perfect? Hell no (is anyone?)
But we will do all we can to help you, it is what we are here for, and what we strive for....So if you have a problem, please contact anyone of us, give us the details, an account number, and a way to get in touch with you, and we will work our hardest to help you out....You couldnt have a better guy on your side than the General, he lives for this.....
