The Bash is basically a one day event - which will be Saturday August 16th this year. Last year because we had the principle Bash in September we were able to have a Sunday morning get together to catch the 10AM kickoff of the NFL games but by having the Bash in mid August we lost any regular season NFL.
Most Rxers arrive Thursday or Friday (rooms are comped for Friday and Saturday only) and hook up in the sportsbook and do whatever they feel like all day Friday, many catch shows Friday night.
Sat is Bash day and Sunday for most (but not all) is departure day.

All of that will be announced very soon. There is definitely going to be a criteria for comped rooms based on time as a poster and number of posts having first choice. Hopefully everyone who wants a room will get one but the number of available rooms will not be unlimited.

hno: I forgot he swung that way holy fock!Unofficial activities for Sunday are:
1) scavenger hunt- including 1) finding what gay bar JakeThompson passed out behind 2) prying FairWarning's unconscious carcass from the booth in the back of the sports book 3) bonus points for finding Shadow's stack of discarded losing parlay tickets.
2) the last leg of the 56 hour Dante dance-a-thon.
3) projectile vomiting competition for those of us who indulged just a little too much at the open bar at the previous night's Bash (yours truly included)
4) all of us staring in amazement at TTinCo wandering around half-conscious and wondering how he has been up for 142 hours straight and has not stopped drinking once.
