One play doesn't lose the game for a team. The refs had no impact on the blocked FG return.
it happened just a fraction prior to the ball getting there. Its not like the DB was pulling on the jersey for 10 yards.
It surely was a PI, but was easy to miss, IMO, because the interference happened very late

Wow, I didn't even know Ohio St lost until now. Winning 21-7 when I last tuned in. Was thinking about taking Penn St, but decided to lay off the game so I only had a casual interest.
Good for PSU, their program needed a marquee win. And I don't mind seeing Urban lose either, can't win all the time.
PS: no opinion on the call, butt refs SUCK, that's their job
