Let me give you all some history on Tater,, So, I grew up in both N. GA. a completely white community, till I was 15,, Then i moved to topeka in an all black community, graduated from toepka high, then moved to tallahasse Fl. to go to college, back into a black community, in which I had off and on 1-2 black roomates, (by the way Im white if you havent guessed it,

Marshawn views reporters as part of the white (were out to get you) community,, he speaks ebonics, and litterally cannot function speaking white, He knows he will be CRUCIFIED if he opens his mouth and gives his opinions and answers,,, Look at how they Blasted sherman,,, and he is a literal genius, lol,,,,

for those of you that havent grown up understanding the plight of the black man, you have to know the white media will crucify you,,,

I promise this isnt a joke thread,,, Im jsut trying to shed some light on the black culture to those out there that believe the nonsense that hes shy, and isnt doing interviews becuase he is shy, lol,, thats not true,,, the brother just wants to stay in his black culture where he is comfortable speaking black ebonics,.

^This guy gets it^ Totally feel you. He did a great job with the "Excuse me" or "I'm sorry" when he couldn't hear the question in the interview this morning. But, he struggled answering the questions. Robinson helped to save the day. they still probably shouldn't have smoked the blunt beforehand.

Lol.. that's kind of why I posted this thread.. I'm not kidding when I say there are groups of blacks that CANNOT COMMUNICATE with whites. (Or don't want to) I've seen it exactly like this before. He literally needed a translator to bridge the white black gap

Lynch didn't merely attend, he graduated (with a degree in 'social welfare'!) Cal Berkeley.

Remember that the next time someone tries to suggest Cal is an elite academic institution.

I dont know why the media is so surprised he chose not to speak. I figured he would not speak especially after the Sherman backlash. Everyone knows some of these guys are dumb as rocks or just not able to communicate properly in an interview/questionnaire format. The degree thing is irrelevant because they can be bought with excellent performance on the field and revenue generated for the uni off the field. Reporters are probably just frustrated because they were looking forward to making fun of him in an attempt to reinforce their "thug" label of black athletes.

Half the time I listen to these guys being interviewed it's like watching a foreign film without the subtitles. They might as well be speaking spanish.

Only asked b/c i didnt think Tally was much of a black community (have a lot of friends who went to FSU/TCC). They all told me that when football recruits came in, they'd go to FAMU parties and not FSU parties

Sherman doesn't get blasted if he doesn't act like an ass in the postgame interview.

Your theory sounds good but one thing - he didn't talk to the Seattle media all season.

That actually proves my theory. He did not talk to the media all season but they are surprised with outrage that he does not speak to them on the Super Bowl stage. I expected him not to speak...surely they would too? Blown opportunity to reinforce the black athlete "thug" on a national stage following the Sherman incident. Sherman is not an ass in many eyes if he looked like say...Wes Welker.
