I can think of 200,000 reasons why Budin is going after Langer in court. Langer owes Budin and Rolli/Demarco $200,000.00 per their seperation agreement which Langer has still not paid and is three months past due. True the attorneys always make their money but if Budin wins then then it's likely he gets his money plus interest plus attorney fees and court costs. If Budin wins Langer could be busted financially and also will probably have to change his name on all the websites and radio/TV appearances. The stakes are quite high for Langer in this court cas and it's already 2nd and long for our resident idiot, Langer. It's hard to root for either party in this case but I'll side with Budin by a nose.
I have to agree with RidgeRider (which i normally do anyway) that Budin taking a shot to shut down Langer is worth the attornies fees. I'm wonder if he is going to try for a noncompete clause that could shut down langer from the industry for a year or longer. Winners keep their mouth shut and win. Losers and Liars which you qualify as a supreme Loser and Liar keep making fools of themselves. You have no Executive or Millionaire clients and over 95% of people buying your product are fading you and making money. Your about to lose your stage name Brandon Lang possibly forever and you might be on the street if Budin takes you down in court Dec 30th and the judge makes you pay up the 200K you owe him. This has been an incredible Cristmas for me and all my fellow faders but I have a feeling that in 2011 the BEST IS YET TO COME.
