Link is from Midland, Michigan not Flint. He was the 2nd or 3rd guy off the bench on his high school basketball team. His stories about being asked to walk on the UNLV basketball team are about as real as the Tooth Fairy. Lang also claims to have gone to UNLV but there is no record of him ever being a full time student at UNLV or completing any classes there.
