Well, my 5th straight winning day and 5th straight 75 dime winner was close but no cigar as Lipscomb (+12 1/2) comes up short against Liberty.

As poorly as they played, they still found themselves down 13 with just over 2 minutes to go and they got 3 stops in a row to cut it to 11.

Back to back turnovers and a missed 3 and that was all she wrote as Liberty hit a 3 on their last possession for the 73-57 final.

Not that way I wanted to follow my 4 straight winners highlighted by yet another monster release Saturday.

Well, another one goes down to the wire and unfortunately, I'm on the wrong side for a 2nd straight day as my 40 dimer on BYU implodes in there 2nd half and loses to St.Mary's.

So after heading into the Sunday card cashing 4 in a row and 10 of my last 13, I have dropped 2 in a row for only the 2nd time in close to 4 weeks.
