This release is twice as strong as Saturday's 75 dimer on the Phillies (-130) 7-0 over the Royals as Zack Efflin dominated exactly the way I said he would.

I guess a complete game 4-hit shutout with no walks is domination.

Well, imy 150 dime release didn't look good early down 17 in the 2nd quarter.

However, C.J. McCollum picked up for Damian Lilliard by scoring 37 and Lilliard hit 2 monster 3's in the 4th and Portland (+5 1/2) delivers outright 100-96.

That was off the heels of the 75 dime winner on Saturday on the Phillies and Zack Efflin (-130) 7-0 over the Royas as Efflin throws a complete game 4 hit shutout.
