LANG on Saints. 27-13 score. to win back yesterday’s mess



They just beat the #1 defense in the NFL and now get a defense that is banged up missing their #1 linebacker and cover man.


Anthony Barr and Xavier Rhodes are out and that is not a good thing when facing an offense and a QB as hot as New Orleans and Drew Brees.


I'm talking 43 at Atlanta, 33 at New York, 43 at home against Washington and 24 at Baltimore last week.


To put it bluntly, they have never been better on the offensive side of the football.


I get the fact the Vikings have won 3 in a row SU and ATS but that was against a struggling Eagles offense and a pair of rookie QB's in Rosen and Darnold.


They haven't seen an offense like this since week four at Rams and Jared Goff..


They got rocked 38-31.


Offensively the Vikings have been rolling as well the last 2 weeks with 27 on Arizona and 37 last week at Jets so Kirk Cousin will have success tonight.


In my opinion this game will be a shootout and will arguably come down to which defense can get that one stop against both these hot QB's.


For my dollar, that defense will be the Saints.


Bottom line: Drew Brees and these Saints will be to much offensively for the home team tonight.


More than likely the team that wins this game will be the team that covers and that team is the New Orleans Saints.
