ANALYSIS
I can't pass up the points with the home dog here tonight.
Off bye weeks two of the best teams in the Sun Belt conference take center stage.
When Appalachian State and Arkansas State kick it up tonight, this just might be a preview of the Sun Belt championship game later in the year.
App State has to battle Troy in the East while Arkansas State has the easier path out of the West.
In this first battle tonight, I side with the points as the Red Wolves come in 3-2 with losses at Alabama and at Georgia Southern.
As for the road team, App State is 3-1 with their only loss at Penn State, a game they led in the 4th quarter in Happy Valley.
A closer look for me is who App State has beaten.
Not impressed with NC Charlotte, Gardner Webb and South Alabama.
With exception of the great game at Penn State, lost in the euphoria of the near win was the fact their defense gave up 45 points.
This is a solid Ark State offense that can and will move the ball on App State tonight.
When the smoke clears, this game will go down to the wire and the only way to play it, is the home dog.

That day off yesterday couldn't have come at a better time for me.
A chance to reset everything, take a deep breath and get this thing going in the right direction.
No better night to do it than Thursday night in the NFL where I have been money in the bank the last 2 weeks.
It was 14 days ago I delivered a 50 dime winner on the Rams courtesy of the 1/2 point buy down from 7 to 6 1/2 in the 7 point win over Minnesota.
Last week I delivered a 2nd straight 50 dime winner on Colts/Patriots Over the posted total and that got the job done.
Tonight, this Eagles/Giants winner will be #3 in a row.

Well cashed in yet another Thursday night NFL winner as the 50 dimer on the Eagles is the dominant winner I said it would be.
I believe I said in my analysis, "the game comes down to the Eagles defensive line versus Giants offensive line. ADVANTAGE EAGLES.
Well, they beat the shit out of Eli and it was Game. Set. Match.
Tonight is about Friday night college winner #4 in a row.
Last Week Utah State (+1) destroys BYU 45-20.
Two Weeks Ago Tulane (+14 1/2) destroys Memphis 40-24.
Three Weeks Ago Washington State (+4 1/2) covers versus USC.
It's also important to win today and keep the momentum going because I LOVE the weekend card.
I will continue to grind. I will continue to battle. I will turn this around.
I won't shy away from the obvious: These are 3 of the most important football days I have had in 15 years.
