I released the game at +1 but for most of the day the line was +1 1/2 and it eventually closed at +2 1/2 so thank you betting public for pushing the line in my favor.
Should they have won the game outright like I said they would? ABSOLUTELY!!
But due to a missed free throw and a blown defensive assignment they give up a 3-at the buzzer and lost 81-80.
When you are as hot as I am in college basketball the breaks seem to go your way, especially when you are on the clear cut right side of the game like I was last night.
Seriously, how good was Tuesday's winner, St. Bonny (-1) going wire to wire in the 79-68 win over LaSalle keeping their big dance dreams alive.
How good was Monday night's winner UNC Greensboro ending the longest winning streak in the nation hammering ETSU 74-56 at home laying 1 1/2.
To lay a small number in both those games and to see them go exactly as I thought they would, well just shows my opinion is flat out spot on right now.
It's the heart of college basketball season and there is nothing wrong with a 17-5-1 college basketball run over 23 selections.
Did I back a few dog with fleas and get burned over the weekend? Absolutely but you don't hit as many dogs outright as I have and not stayed dialed in.
Even better I have bounced back with a 3-0 sweep the last 3 days.
I am confident in another winning day tonight.
If I have said it once I have said it a million times: I don't care who you are, nobody wins every day. It's not possible. There are going to be bumps in the road.
