Let's close out this week with a winner.
Came up short on Sunday as Georgia Tech waits until the last 7 minutes of the game to start playing but it was to late and the 50 dimer goes down.
Let's break this run down:
After going 5-1-1 in College Basketball 2 Weeks Ago.
After going 7-0 in College Basketball Last Week
I stand at 2-4 heading into this Monday card.
More importantly, it stopped a run of 4 straight winning weeks that saw me overcome a horrendous start to the year to making it a winning year heading into tonight.
It's the heart of college basketball season and there is nothing wrong with a 14-5-1 college basketball run over 20 selections.
I just jumped on 3 teams Friday, Saturday and Sunday that I liked and obviously I was very wrong about them.
Don't let those 3 calls make you forget about the following:
UTSA (+7 1/2) outright over Western Kentucky 79-73
Illinois/Chicago (+3) outright over Wisc/Milw 74-56
Duquesne (+3) outright over G.Washington
Temple (+6) outright over Wichita State
Illinois/Chicago (+8) outright over Oakland 79-73
So again, you want to judge me on those last 3 releases, be my guest but I challenge you to look at the overall body of work the last 3 weeks and let that be the judge.
I backed a few dog with fleas but rest assured, this run will continue. You don't hit as many dogs outright as I have and not stayed dialed in.
Take a deep breath and look at the run:
4 Of 5 Winning Weeks
Sunday - 200 Dime Super Bowl Winner Eagles
14-5-1 College Basketball Run
I finished the NFL season on a 17-6 run where $10 bettors won $10,260!!!
Despite the last 3 days is there any thing wrong with those numbers???? Hell no. Not at all.
If I have said it once I have said it a million times: I don't care who you are, nobody wins every day. It's not possible. There are going to be bumps in the road.
However, I will take 5 weeks runs like this for the rest of my career.
Let's close this week with a winner and roll up our sleeves and get ready to get after it next week.
Time to get it done.
