I was beginning to lose hope as I checked the scoreboard and saw STL up 13-6 in the 4th. I was then driving home when that great song "Don't Fear the Reaper" came on the radio and could already feel the tide turning in our favor. I gotta say it: gimme more cowbell! And, of course, don't fear the Langster. Woo hoo!!!
What a great ending to that game. I would've loved to have been a fly on the wall at Lang's house as that guy ran the punt back costing Lang the winning day. He was probably thinking the worst he was going to get was a push in OT, LOL.
Like I said ... Lang could take the Globetrotters, and the Washington Generals would cover.
