Sorry but Lang does not, never has advised buying down on -2.5 to -2. That doesn't even make sense.
If it is -3 then he would advise to -2.5.
If it was +2.5 he would advise buying to +3.
He gave it out at -2.5 and places I check lines that was the number for the majority of the day. He didn't buy points down so he lost 165 Dimes.
