In answer to my own question, and I am not sure that the genie would allow it and instead consider it as two wishes,

but assuming he would, my wish is that Land would be instantly transformed into a real leech in the literal

sense(we all know he is already one in a figurative sense), but also a very special kind of leech, one which would

still be able to give out the picks for his human form so that those who are so inclined, could continue
