In scum tout lingo, a 10 dollar bettor means 10 dollars per dime. So, a 10 dime bet would be 100 dollars, 50 dime bet would be 500 dollars etc.

It's just a marketing sales tactic cause saying "A 10 dollar better is up $1,000 dollars," sounds more attractive than "Bettors are up 100 dimes."
