Ok Im going to put all my picks, thoughts, ideas in 1 post instead of going to 6 diffrent forums. I have been falsely accused of being an attetion grabber by Patrick McIrish, so while I always post what is on my mind, this is sort of my diary so please no name calling or stalking.

Im thinking parlay Chargers moneyline and over, will pay 9-1 which is good for 1 football game. Plummer and Flutie are the 2 best qbs in the NFL, IMO, only one close is Mcnair.

Shuettler and Federer have alread clinched there group so Im thinking they both tank tommorrow, so I take JC +200 and Moya +135.

I like Army ML +390, Army gives maximum effort and there wins often come in Nov, Houston is beatable.

Gonzaga scored 123 points in there exhibiton game, I like the over 139 vs StJoe, both teams have nba guards in Stepp and Jameer, although Stepp may ride pine for 5 yrs like Nash. Ronny Turiaff is questionable.

Im going to try to find a place that will take my USC and over in the 1st half, people think they understand cooreleated parlays, but I really understand them, the underdog is only asked to score once instead of twice you have a good one, usually my coorelated parlays are actually dog and over.

Utah St -6

Troy st's 4th staright road game and they go must travel deep into the Utah mountains where it will be close to zero degrees.

I cant believe it didnt rain in Hunington Beach and there was 2 feet of snow 30 mins away in Compton on Wednsday. There has been very strange weather patterns the last decade.

Schuettler is going to tank today? Not likely. Schuettler is an in form workhorse who is playing lights out right now. Moya is playing some of the worst tennis of his life. Why should Schuettler tank when he can beat Moya handily, most likely in 2 very quick straight sets?

My money goes to Schuettler -143, confidently.

Schuettler absolutely tanked. He was standing very flat footed out there.

You would think $120,000 to the winner would have kept him interested.

Good call.

Nice thread.

You can agree or disagree with the picks and analysis, but it's nice to see a real sports betting thread around here.

Schuettler was more interested in staying fresh for the Agassi match on Saturday.

my over looks good, Gonzo has some nice freshman, StJoes was supposedly have some compliemtary guards but that is hogwash. Gonzo is the much better team and Blake hasnt even got started yet.

Im going to swim some laps in the pool and then take a nap.

I like Roger Federer -116 over Roddick, the match is in the day time, Andy has lots of court time and the courts are playing slow, and Roger is more talented, all that should equal winner for Roger.

I like Ill-Chi Flames -7.5 over UCI, coach Pat Douglass uses a 12 man rotation, and the Ants are a poor rebounding team and Flames return all there talent.

Thanks Railbird, I don't check the forums everyday but I don't recall DG thanking you...I knew you'd pay him.
Thanks also for the over on the Zags....i thought it was an easy winner at halftime and then had to sweat it out! Good luck on your tennis bets

Railbird, I like your handle. I was just wondering if yours has anything to do with my favorite vice- degenerate horse gambling? Railbirds are my favorite sickos.

I got it from my hardluck freind, a fellow ticket scalper named Henry Bee, Henry and I were scalping tickets for the Kentucky Derby about 10 years ago, and Henry kept talking about this horse named Strike the Gold, he wanted to put every penny he made on ticket sales that day on Strike the Gold to win the race, about 20 minutes before first post time he had 2 club house tickets left, so he was going to sale that pair and put his case 1000 on Strike the Gold to Win. I pointed to a young couple that was looking to pay 175 each and I looked back and the next thing I knew Henry was in handcuffs, it turned out the young couple was an undercover team, Henry didnt get released from the holding cell for 14 hrs, it turned out that last sale cost him not just a fine and jail time, but a big score on Strike The Gold. I all heard the next day was how he was tired of being a railbird, and his hard luck.
