I just downloaded it, with my bullshit connection here in Costa Rica it took me like 4 hours but its here.....

Not sure what to think, I mean who cares.....the byatch isnt even that well known to begin with, its not like Oprah got it on with Al Gore or something like that..... (not that Id ever want to see that happen

)...

To be honest Id never even heard of her until this whole thing broke...... When the story came out like 10 days ago, I thought something had happened at the Hilton in Paris, LOL.....

Anyway, downloaded it and dont really see whats the big deal. If anyone can enlighten me, please feel free....

Paris Hilton's Ex Files Slander Suit

Paris Hilton's ex-boyfriend filed a $10 million slander lawsuit against the hotel heiress and reality TV star with whom he made a sex video three years ago.

Richard Salomon maintains in the suit that Hilton was an "active participant" in making the video but she and her family have waged a "cold, calculated and malicious campaign to portray Salomon as a rapist" to protect her image.

The suit, filed Wednesday in Los Angeles Superior Court, names Hilton, her parents and a publicist, Siri Garber.

Messages left for Garber Thursday evening were not immediately returned.

Hilton's lawyers are threatening legal action against anyone who distributes the tape or fails to destroy their copy of it, but purported snippets have been offered on eBay.

Hilton family representatives have said they are trying to determine whether Salomon, 33, was involved in releasing the tape, which he denies.

Salomon's lawyer, Martin Singer, has said a friend of his client stole the tape.

Salomon, the estranged husband of "Charmed" actress Shannen Doherty, contends in the lawsuit that the defendants "implied to the press" that Hilton was incapacitated and was therefore sexually assaulted during the 27-minute video.

In the suit, Salomon states that the Hilton "posed and preened" during the video, said "hi" to the camera and stops to answer her cell phone.

Hilton, who was 19 when the tape was made, is soon to star in Fox's new reality series, "The Simple Life," set to debut Dec. 2. In the show, she leaves the urban social scene to live in a rural, working-class environment.

I never heard of this Paris Hilton either. She is to be staring in an upcoming Fox reality TV show. That might go along way to explain why this tape just coincidentally appeared. Evidentaly, she has longed for a Hollywood career...

Personally I think that the dude who made this tape and leaked it is a complete scumbag. This girl was young and stupid enough to let her sleazy 30 year old boyfriend tape her smoking his pole, but that doesn't mean she deserves to have the video blasted over the internet for the world to see. IMO this guy saw that the time was ripe for him to try and make some quick cash because she's got this show coming out, and so he tried to sell the tape. That makes him pretty low in my books.

For those down south or not in the know, Paris Hilton is the heiress of Hilton Hotels. She is well known because she is a socialite in Miami, LA, and NYC. She is always out on the town, with expensive people, and recently was "dating" Brian Urlacher. She's pretty well known in the celeb social scene, but to me she's just another rich broad out having fun.....
