Can a team who hasn't scored a touchdown in two games beat the Bears by a touchdown?
I love my Bears, but the season for them is over. Detroit has a ton more to play for and is at home on Thanksgiving (for those into that particular flavor of voodoo)
But honestly let's take a look at the Bears last two wins. Opportunistic? Lucky? I look at the games against Minny and TB as the Bears winning despite themselves. These were not convincing wins.
Key stat for me: The last 3 teams the Lions have played hold opponent QB's to a rating of about 82-83 and are top 10 in the league. The Bears? They make every QB look like Montana and are bottom 5 in the league.
Nobody is better than Detroit at stopping the run and if Forte can't get things going, it could be a long day for Cutler.
Fun Fact: Last time the Bears won on Thanksgiving day? 1993. Before that? 1980.
I'll take Detroit, some red wine, and a couple of dabs for the win.
