NETELLER debit card essentially serves this purpose now .............i have my cash in hand Monday morning for a nominal (15.00 for pinny , 2.00 for netteller)
fee...............although, w/d fees do encourage me to make less w/d , causing me to try to make only one per month, as pinny offers one free w/d over 500.00 per month ...........still, instant access to my money is a convinience I find priceless..........

Sounds great for the player, but like many have said in this thread, it wouldn't be good for books at all, people would actually go to the store and spend winnings before losing them back.

Kind of the same reason they dont give you $100 bills at the blackjack table. If people saw that they had won a huge stack of bills instead of casino chips, they might actually come to their senses and stop while ahead!
