Kansas City Royals...

No Beltran, and O.Dotel in the bullpen who isnt a closer to begin with anyways.

Anybody wanna make a bet that the rest of the year if you bet on each Kansas City Royal game that you would make a profit at the end of the year guaranteed.

As of now 28 wins 45 losses

My prediction the rest of the season:
26 Wins 63 losses

54 wins and 108 losses around that area Royals will end up this season...

Sorry Kansas City, I'm only being real.

And if the Road Warrior says it, it must be true..

The problem is everyone knows this so the books will be gouging the prices on you.

Det was an obvious bet against, but when you had to lay -240 every game it wasn't worth it.

KC will get into that range after the AS break probably. But I think they will play hard for awhile, so it is a little early to simply start fading them right now.

I have a couple of strange concepts here. I do not like fading bad teams. I think squares do a lot of this. In fact the line has already built that in, so you pay even more. Second, tough to take advice on a fade from someone who does not know who is on roster of team he is fading. I call that homework. I want a trend or a fade where a very high % of positions are dogs...Best wishes...OF

You are correct that the Royals are freaking rotten. However, to say blindly fade them every game is retarded. As poor as Froggie is at disecting a series between LA and San Antonio he did happen to hit this right on the head. You will end up losing juice by doing this. Likely no more or no less.

I agree with you Rob,the D-Backs are TERRIBLE!! They will continue to struggle I believe as long as Sexton is out and plus their pitching don't scare anyone.

I was fading detroit after the allstar break last year and I made some nice jack. I was laying anywhere from -180 to -250 every game and I did very well. Got hit in the last week of the season but it was still profitable. Detroit was winning an average of 1 game to 3 losses. So don't say that (-240) it wasn't worth the lay last year when clearly it was.

The problem this year is that there isn't a team as bad as Detroit was last year, although Zona is making a run for it.

Why I outta...admit you are absolutely right. I blew it, and got bad beated with .4 seconds left in a game #5. But I did recover, got all my Spurs futures back plus a profit. Mid series I spotted my errant capping. But very early I spotted difference of games, fast break points. Remember my post game #6, Spurs are done because they no longer get the easy hoops. No fast break points. They scored, zero, as in 0, fast break points. Ton of value gained and lost in one series. Hey, I moved on and never looked back. Went the last month of NBA playoffs undefeated on sides. But was the call on the Lakers/Spurs bad, yes, a F. Dead loser. Even with that weak call, my best NBA playoffs ever...Best Wsihes...OF
