I hate the ad with "dave" the smartest and most clever computer employee who knows it all. He always seems to be at the wrong place at the right time. I bet he told the one employee (who was in planning meetings all week working out of the office with his wireless notebook) all of the names of the people who were stealing from his office. We all know someone like that, don't we???
The funniest commercial I have seen recently was the one described by someone else below.

First off, the people in this commercial are all dressed in retro 50s fashions, and they all have glazed expressions and big smiles - post lobotomy smiles* - very, very creepy. Also creepy - Bob jumps into the pool and loses his shorts, and all the neighborhood women gathered around the pool look at him approvingly as he climbs out the water, stands and waves at them, with the glazed smile on his face. Cut to his wife, wearing big ol cats eye sunglasses (the glasses all the women wear in the Far Side cartoons), who also smiles and waves.
The whole thing just screams Stepford Wives.
This commercials as well as the others for this product are a riot. I will try to find a link so those unfortunate enough to have missed them can share in our pleasure.

this commercial also gets my vote. i would add that not only is the whole concept very annoying (and dubious) but the specific voice over for this one is extremely objectional to say the least - "...and bob gets a little well earned respect from the neighborhood" how exactly is it that buying a bigger penis, if that is in fact possible (the dubious part) is equated with "well earned respect". everytime i see this ad i get the feeling that i should seek out its creator and destroy him to save the world from having to endure any of his future ads.
